About

Work rooted in collaboration

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through the challenges that brought you here.I have extensive experience providing mental health services to veterans and individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. My clinical experience includes working with clients who have experienced military-related trauma, sexual trauma, anxiety, and other life experiences that can affect emotional well-being and relationships. I also provide couples therapy, helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and develop healthier patterns of connection.

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and individualized. I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we will identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

Whether you are struggling with the effects of trauma, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, experiencing relationship difficulties, or simply feeling ready for a change, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. It means creating the space to understand your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward the life you want.

You deserve a space where you can be heard, without judgment.
